LeaseCue is a rental lead command center operated by Peirce Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when real estate agents, property managers, leasing teams, and their prospects use LeaseCue, our website, and related services.
LeaseCue helps users capture rental inquiries, organize lead history, send screening questionnaires, coordinate follow-ups, and book showings. Because those workflows can include personal information about agents, teams, properties, and prospective renters, we aim to use that information only to provide and improve the service.
Information We Collect
Account and business information
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, company or team names, login information, plan details, billing status, support requests, and account settings.
Lead, property, and workflow information
Users may enter or connect information about rental leads, prospects, properties, showing availability, screening rules, questionnaires, timeline events, notes, call outcomes, booking details, and follow-up tasks.
Communications and integrations
If a user connects Gmail, Google Calendar, phone, SMS, email, listing-source, or similar integrations, LeaseCue may process the information needed to operate those integrations, such as OAuth tokens, relevant email metadata or content, calendar availability and events, message delivery status, call or SMS metadata, and communication history.
Usage and device information
We may collect log data, browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, diagnostics, and similar information to operate, secure, and improve LeaseCue.
Payment information
Payments may be handled by a payment processor. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on LeaseCue systems, but we may receive payment status, plan, invoice, and subscription information.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve LeaseCue.
- Create and manage accounts, teams, roles, settings, and subscriptions.
- Capture and organize rental inquiries, lead records, property records, and timelines.
- Generate next-action cues, draft follow-ups, support screening workflows, and assist with scheduling.
- Send emails, messages, call-related communications, and calendar invitations when users request or configure those actions.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and communicate service updates.
- Monitor security, prevent abuse, debug failures, and protect the service.

AI and Automation
LeaseCue may use automated systems and AI service providers to help classify lead activity, generate next-action cues, draft communications, summarize interactions, or support voice and messaging workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, deciding whether to send communications, and making leasing decisions.
We do not sell prospect or customer data to third-party advertisers. We also do not use connected Gmail or Google Calendar data for advertising.
Google User Data
If you connect a Google account, LeaseCue uses Google user data only to provide the features you authorize, such as signing in, reading relevant rental inquiry context, sending or drafting leasing emails, checking calendar availability, and creating or updating showing events.
LeaseCue's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google access through your account settings or through your Google account permissions. Disconnecting may limit email and calendar features.
How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host, secure, analyze, support, bill, or operate LeaseCue.
- Integration providers when needed to perform actions requested by users, such as sending email, SMS, phone, or calendar communications.
- Members of the same team or account according to their roles and permissions.
- Professional advisors, authorities, or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor or affiliate in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information as the term is commonly understood. If our practices change in a way that requires a different notice or opt-out right, we will update this policy.
